This little butterfly found a snail in her garden. She fed it some lovely juicy leaves and made sure he could return to the garden after she had a good look at him.
Fun facts about this snail:
He had a foot, which he used to move. He had a lovely shell, a hard, spiral protective covering and two tentacles. His eyes were on the end of the tentacles. Snails do not have any ears! You can tell how old a snail is by counting the rings at the edge of their shell. This snail was 4 years old - just like many of you!
